平茬更新代次对杞柳生长及柳条产量和质量的影响

选择淮河低湿地不同平茬更新代次的杞柳林分,对其生长情况及柳条产量、质量进行调查,并对平茬更新代次的影响进行评价。结果表明:0～4代杞柳林分在叶面积指数、柳条平均直径和长度以及生物量方面均不存在显著差异;1代林分柳条分化严重,整齐度低,细弱型柳条(D<0.4 cm)比例达44%,需要在栽培过程中加以人工调控;4代林分柳条的整齐度较高,但产条数量较0～2代林分低20%以上,并且粗大型柳条(D>0.8 cm)所占比例略高于其他代次,建议在生产中采用1年2次收获的方式以增加中细型柳条的产量。

Low power and high speed explicit-pulsed double-edge triggered level converting flip-flop

Variable supply voltage-clustered voltage scaling (VS-CVS) scheme can be very effective in reducing power consumption of CMOS circuits without degrading system performance. Level converting flip-flops (LCFFs) are key elements in the CVS scheme. In this paper, a new explicit-pulsed double-edge triggered level converting flip-flop (nEP-DET-LCFF) is proposed, which employs double-edge triggering technique, dynamic structure, explicit pulse generator,conditional discharge technique and proper arrangement of stacked nMOS transistors to efficiently perform latching and level converting functions simultaneously. The proposed nEP-DET-LCFF combines merits of both conventional explicit-LCFFs and implicit-LCFFs. Simulation shows the proposed nEP-DET-LCFF has improvement of 19.2%～46% in delay, and 19.4%～52.9% in power-delay product (PDP) as compared with the published LCFFs.     

Construction of protograph LDPC codes with circular generator matrices

The application of protograph low density parity check(LDPC) codes involves the encoding complexity problem.Since the generator matrices are dense,and if the positions of "1" s are irregularity,the encoder needs to store every "1" of the generator matrices by using huge chip area.In order to solve this problem,we need to design the protograph LDPC codes with circular generator matrices.A theorem concerning the circulating property of generator matrices of nonsingular protograph LDPC codes is proposed.The circulating property of generator matrix of nonsingular protograph LDPC codes can be obtained from the corresponding quasi-cyclic parity check matrix.This paper gives a scheme of constructing protograph LDPC codes with circulating generator matrices,and it reveals that the fast encoding algorithm of protograph LDPC codes has lower encoding complexity under the condition of the proposed theorem.Simulation results in additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN) channels show that the bit error rate(BER) performance of the designed codes based on the proposed theorem is much better than that of GB20600 LDPC codes and Tanner LDPC codes.

多分支水平井技术提高煤层透气性机理分析及数值模拟

本文研究了煤层瓦斯解吸-扩散-渗流的运移规律；分析了多分支水平井技术的增透机理：增大瓦斯解吸影响面积，沟通煤层裂隙并促进裂隙发育，降低瓦斯流动阻力。以山西晋城煤层气田为例，通过分支井产量模型研究分析得出分支数目和分支段长对产能的影响关系：分支井数目越大，抽采效果越好；分支井长度越长，抽采效果越好。     

基于熵值法的学生环保和低碳生活教育认知度评价——以广西师范学院638份调查问卷为例

通过对广西师范学院14个二级学院各年级学生的低碳环保认知、低碳环保实践及低碳环保意愿等进行抽样问卷调查，并根据调查结果，运用定量的方法对学生环保和低碳生活教育认知度进行评价，从总体评价和单项评价两个层面都得出的结论是：广西师范学院学生环保和低碳生活教育认知度是从大学一年级到四年级呈递增态势。
